All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund.

If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit. Please email or phone if you're returning any items so we know to expect them.

Australian orders are shipped out within 5 working days. Overseas orders are normally 7-14 working days. If the order is needed urgently please email me prior to ordering.
